Delivery - Save on shipping costs
All items are automatically combined to offer the lowest possible rates for the shipment (according to product weight and destination): shipping discounts should automatically be applied. You will pay the delivery cost only once. If they aren't applied automatically, you can request the shipping amount from us by placing your pointer over the item and selecting request total from seller.
All orders are quickly prepared after receipt of payment and are shipped safely (with tracking number) and only delivered against signature.
Receiving your order safely and against your signature
To ensure that shipments arrive safely, wel pack them carefully and neutrally. Additionally, all our shipments are shipped with tracking number and delivered personally against the signature of the recipient.
During the order preparation we systematically check all the articles condition: we check that nothing is broken and that all parts are well presents to avoid any complaints. We also mark invisibly all products and take pictures of all the different parts during the shipment process, in order to prevent any fraud.
Remember to inspect your package upon arrival. In case you notice any damage to the packaging or package, please document them in writing on the delivery slip and inform us immediately by email so that we can find a solution quickly. A complaint to the carrier is only possible if the customer has expressed reservations on the delivery note.
UK and European Union
Fast deliveries in Europe with tracking number:
- Registered Mail. Delivery time is usually 3-5 business days but can vary depending on the destination and season (summer, Christmas or Easter takes longer). - GLS (Euro Business Parcel) or DPD Classic. Delivery time is usually 2-3 business days, although delivery to more distant countries may take 2 to 3 days.
International (possible additional costs)

Attention: Customs clearance may take several weeks. Unfortunately this is a factor we can not control, but in most cases the package is quickly released and delivered to the customer. Please note that any costs for customs, administration and tax at destination are not shown and are responsibility of the recipient and to be paid to the carrier upon delivery. We do not mark any orders as "gifts" or with lower prices than those invoiced / paid; these actions are prohibited under national and international law.
PayPal is a safe and easy way to use your debit card, credit card or bank account online. With PayPal, you can send (and receive) money instantly to any email address in the world. PayPal accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express, transfers from your bank account and other payment methods.
When you choose PayPal as payment, BD addik automatically redirects you to the secure PayPal servers where you can realize your payment. PayPal then informs us of your payment instantly and automatically we start to process your order.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer or direct cash payment to our bank account, you can also do it. After completing your order you will see a confirmation screen for your order with our bank details. We also send an order confirmation with all the information by email.
We verify our bank account every day before preparing the orders and confirm by email when we receive your payment.
Returns and warranties - BD addik satisfaction guarantee
We do our best to give you accurate and detailed information about every item we offer so you can buy with confidence.
If you do change your mind after receiving your purchase, you can inform us about your wish to return it within thirty (30) days counting from the moment you have received your order and we will refund or exchange it for another product as you prefer, provided your return is in its original condition and original packaging with all manuals and accessories included, excluding any legal exceptions that may apply. The return must be accompanied by proof of purchase.Buyer will pay return shipping costs. Please be aware that we reject any COD shipments (Charge on delivery) made without previous agreement. When you want to return an item, let us know in advance and we'll tell you how to do it easily.
Once the goods are returned in perfect condition, we will refund you the amount paid (sale price + original shipping costs) in the same way that you paid for your purchase. We do not accept used, altered or modified products.
The products sold by BD addik Exclusive S.L. are protected by the legal warranties granted by the Spanish law 23/2003 of July 10 of Warranties in the Sale of Consumer Goods.
For consumers, BD addik Exclusive S.L. guarantees the conformity of products with the description posted on this website in the terms established by law: for a period of two years for new products and for the period of one year for refurbished or used products. It is presumed, unless proven otherwise, that any faults to a product that become apparent within six months after delivery already existed at the time of purchase. After the first six months of purchase, it becomes the buyer’s obligation to prove that a claimed defect already existed at the time of purchase. The warranty period starts from the delivery date.
Not covered are deficiencies caused by neglect, external shocks, misuse, outside manipulations, unsuitable voltage, improper installation, materials subject to normal wear or consumables. In those incidents that justify the claim of the warrenty, BD addik Exclusive S.L. will decide to either repair, replace the article, discount or refund under the terms established by law.
To use the warranty, you must present the proof of purchase that we sent you via email with confirmation of payment of your purchase.
